The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences offers two programs, M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and B.Tech in Data Science and Engineering. The research within the school covers areas of Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Science. We have a research focus on Differential Equations, Mathematical Control Problems, Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos, Theoretical and Computational Partial Differential Equations, Optimization, Mathematical Biology, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Harmonic Analysis, Algebra, Topology, Combinatorics, Functional Analysis, Image processing, Machine learning, Statistics and Data Science.
